• organisation of foundation course before attending the boarding
• to assist schools and parents with the financial arrangements and money transfers
• provide assistance in resolving any issues the student or the school may have including financial, academic and personal matters
• close contact with the schools with respect to the pupils’ performance
• translation of school reports and other communications to the parents
• visits of the schools, discussions with the students, headmasters, teachers and tutors, reports of the impressions to the parents
• organisation of parent conferences and parent clubs in China
• provision of travel and accommodation arrangements for visiting parents
